Due to its geographical position, halfway between Murcia, The Capital,
and Costa Cálida beaches, Sucina is considered a privileged area in the Region
of Murcia.
From a historical point of view, the town was founded
in 1744 around the Church of Ntra. Sra. Del Rosario, and although at first it
had its own Town Hall, in 1834 it passed to depend on the Town Hall of Murcia.
Most of its active population is in agriculture, although after the
agricultural sector continues the important services of industry and
construction for residential purpose.
The new communication projects, as the motorway
Santomera-San Javier and the connection with the future international airport
of Corvera, will place Sucina as one of the most popular places to live within
the entire Region.
"El Mirador de Sucina" consists of 174 apartments of 2
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with community pool, including white goods, pre-installation
of air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, underground parking space,
and there will be a commercial area on the ground level. Its magnificent
location provides views from the terraces over "The Natural Bird Reserve", "The
Mar Menor" and
the different Golf Courses that surround the area, as Hacienda Riquelme and La Peraleja Golf.
There is no doubt that Sucina is a town in motion,
since is far from being that small village
with a bit more of 1.000 inhabitants that used to be, to become a highly quoted
Golf Resort on the Mediterranean. If to this marvellous Golf setting, we add the
surrounded natural areas and the quietness and tranquillity of this town, we
will obtain and ideal environment for a pleasant life.
