Whatever option you choose your Viewing Tour experience will be friendly and professional one provided by people who have already bought property in Murcia and know what they are talking about.

What we want is the opportunity to show you what you want to see…

Option 1   - Book Now
You pay £50.00 per person for 3/4 nights including flights and accommodation
All that we would need from you would be some suitable dates. We will arrange flights for you and your accommodation would be in the 4 star hotel 525 in los Alcazares (www.525.es)  the hotel is located just a  few minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor and Murcia Airport.
We will collect you from the airport and take you to your accommodation and show you properties on a 1 to 1 basis.

Option 2   - Book Now
You pay for your own flights and accommodation
You can either make all arrangements yourself or give us the work. Either way if you would feel happier to pay your own way then this is of course better for us too. You will have access to our discounted prices for accommodation etc. If you decide then or at a later date to purchase we will refund all expenses up to £750.
We will collect you from the airport and take you to your accommodation and show you properties on a 1 to 1 basis.

Option 3   - Book Now
We simply help you to do the whole thing yourself
You tell us what your budget is and criteria and we will recommend which property maybe best suited for you. We will even give you directions on how to get there and we can also arrange discounted hire cars if you wish.

This option is for those who would rather work alone. Although this seems easy, unless you know where to go you are not opening yourself to the full market and probably missing out on better property options. However, we would still recommend for you if you wish. All we ask is that you inform the developer who referred you to them.  (Please see FAQ - Do I need the services of a real estate agent in Spain?
